I’m usually using SeoQuake toolbar to check number of outgoing links on the site.
But last time I put attention results of this checking are wrong.

You should enter captcha but most important the results are truthful.
Results are in the two tables – first table includes internal links of the site, second table includes outbound links – anchors and url’s.
